AUTOMATICALLY SELF CLEANING FILTERS

RP

EATON - RONNINGEN PETTER

The Eaton 2596 automatic self-cleaning strainer is a motorized unit designed for the continuous removal of entrained solids from liquids in pipeline systems, preventing damage to expensive pipeline system components. It features the unique idL™ shaft seal that positively prevents leakage from the backwash shaft at the top of the strainer. With Eaton's idL seal the exterior of the strainer stays dry and clean in service, there is never any bothersome external leakage or weeping of the process media down the sides of the strainer.

Mechanically Cleaned Filters – Eaton offers the DCF (disk cleaning filter) self cleaning and MCF magnetically coupled filters to reduce product loss, requires minimal operator intervention, and improves flow consistency. Eliminates the need for disposable filters.

Tubular Backwashing Filters – Eaton offers tubular backwashing filters, the AFR and AFC, in multi-station units, single units, automated systems, manual systems and in nominal ratings from1 micron to 1650 micron on water like liquids up to 500 psi. Flow ranges from 5 gpm to 3000 gpm and higher. At Eaton (Ronningen-Petter), we understand the specialized needs of the process industry. With the industry’s broadest and deepest line of filtration solutions, we can handle almost any filtration need to remove impurities.

Our portfolio of filter systems includes bags and cartridges, DCF™ mechanically cleaned filters, backwashing pressure filters, and large-scale vacuum and gravity filtration systems. And, with hundreds of years of know-how, we can recommend a filtration or mixing system solution that meets both your process and overall business goals. We offer a wide variety of standard filters for both difficult and less challenging applications
